Soleya consists of a total of 172 residential units composed of a variety of apartments, townhouses, twin houses and stand-alone villas. Soleya is derived from an amalgamation of English and French. Taken from the English language, Salsola is a unique, rare; desert flower found in shrubbery. This is a representation of the landscape in which we chose to build upon. Moreover, Soleil, meaning sun in French, symbolises the vast abundance of natural light available to all of our properties.
