Ogami | Phase 1

Ogami Ras El Hekma was established by SODIC Company, which was keen to carefully consider the village's location. The village is located at 205 Alexandria-Matrouh Coastal Road, which is thought to be the link between residential cities and upscale areas that add coastal and investment value to Ogami North Coast.

The International Coastal Road and Dabaa Road are both conveniently close to the Ogami Sodic project.

The project encompasses a vast expanse of over 440 acres and features an 800-meter beachfront providing expansive views of the sea. In an effort to make the most of the available space, SODIC Development Company set aside 80% of the area for services and facilities and 20% for residential units. 

As a result, the units were designed to have comfortable, open views of the surrounding area, the sea, and beautiful lagoons. Ogami Ras El Hekma Village's designs were carried out in association with the international engineering firm DLR Group, guaranteeing the utmost levels of elegance and quality. Inspired by the Japanese island of Ogami, known for its breathtaking sunsets, the community has a balanced blend of natural beauty and serene Japanese peace.
