Nyoum Project was implemented by the Arab Developers Holding Company (ADH). The Company, which started in 2015, has provided several trustworthy residential and recreational projects, and the projects have diversified to include Egypt and several Arab countries.

It was executed on 151 acres with allocating the majority of the space allocated to green spaces and the rest of the space for buildings, facilities, and services.
